FAQs

What is your recruiting process?
We have a pool of candidates that we pull from. We advertise on Indeed, Job Center of Wisconsin, and PostJobFree. Ae is active on social media platforms as well.
What are your fees?
The fees vary depending on the needs of the employer. Please call the office to discuss.
How long does it take for you to produce resumes for me?
This process can vary depending on the field of work and how many employees you are looking for. We strive to have resumes available within the first week.
Do you conduct reference & background checks?
Absolutely we do. We require a minimum of two professional references. We do a background check and a pre-hire drug screen as well.
Can you keep our name and information confidential?
Yes. The employee will not know the name of the company until accepting the in person interview or until they report for duty.
Do you offer HR Support?
Yes we do. Julie is very hands on and there for all of your HR needs, including visiting job sites. Kristen is in the office to help with anything that arises.
